2 years on the door

Maintenance recommendations are followed: Glass cracks and scratches other than those found at the time of delivery are not covered by the warranty. For wooden sliding doors, this may be ≤ 3 mm. Deflection and twisting of the door may be ≤ 6 mm.

Daarna ging de fabriek in Polen aan de slag. Ondanks corona waren onze garagedeuren in Nederland zelfs binnen de beloofde tijd gearriveerd. Top! Robert is ook altijd bereikbaar voor vragen en reageert heel snel, ook via WhatsApp. Installatie ging ook al heel snel en secuur. De garagedeuren passen precies! De backoffice is heel netjes. Overigens ging alles in het Engels, dat erg goed gesproken wordt. Al met al een geweldige ervaring, voor echt een superscherpe, concurrerende prijs! Fijn bedrijf!

We changed 11 windows, 4 of which had stained glass (which has been dismounted, repaired, cleaned and installed inside a double glass). Impressive wood-work too, and they could do everything without scaffolding (hence reducing costs and headaches) Improvement point could be to manage better the expectations (to give more realistic and less optimistic information regarding amount of debris/stones caused by the works, schedule, starting date, duration of works). But the quality of the products and of the service makes it a 5 star anyway. Thanks Berenika, Robert and team!

The windows were delivered and the NardosBouw crew did an excellent job changing the windows. They were very careful not to damage anything in the fully furnished flat, for example they put plastic sheets on the whole staircase up to 4th floor.
