Have we already fulfilled hundreds or even thousands of orders? We certainly have. But does that mean we've seen it all? Certainly not. And that's what's unique about our work. Despite the many projects, unusual meetings with clients and special order realizations, each new realization surprises us with something new. Why are we writing about this particular realization? Because it is a perfect example of how what is seemingly ordinary and popular hides uniqueness. In this case, it is a stained glass window, which was added to classic wooden windows. Thanks to this change, they gained a unique style, and most importantly, we fulfilled the client's dream!
Ordinary, extraordinary windows
Classic windows, made of hardhout meranti wood in a traditional shade. It would seem that this project can be considered a complete classic, which is practically no different from a whole lot of other implementations. However, there is something worth highlighting here. It's about the traditional stained glass windows that adorn the upper part of the windows. They were made specifically to the client's order, modeled after the original ones that were in the old frames. This delicate and stylish touch has given the windows a completely new and unique character and makes for an interesting distinctive element. Stained glass windows? That's our specialty!
Did you know that in addition to traditional window joinery, we also deal in a slightly more colorful version, namely stained glass? This is a real art, which involves the deliberate handling of light entering the interior. Properly applied, it can create a real play of colors that changes depending on the movement of the sun's rays. There is something magical and unique, yet fleeting about it. And perhaps this is the secret of why stained glass is so delightful. We could talk a lot about the charms of stained glass, but these colorful glass drawings, also offers something more. Properly applied, they can also serve a utilitarian function and shield the interior from prying neighbors, strong sunlight, as well as the uninteresting view outside the window. In addition to creating new stained-glass windows, we also renovate existing ones.

Renovation is the ideal solution for those who want to preserve the old atmosphere of the windows, but at the same time enjoy the thermal insulation parameters provided by modern solutions. We can preserve their unique charm with the right treatments. We take such a stained glass window out of the old window, undergo a cleaning and repair process, and finally insulate it in the new windows between glazing with high thermal insulation parameters. We have many years of experience in this regard, but when carrying out this type of realization, if necessary, we also cooperate with specialists who deal with stained glass in churches and monuments.
