We were actually not home when the work took place, we came back from holiday and it was all done. The whole process was smooth, from start to finish, our contact persons were Robert and Klaudyna, very nice people. I've seen 7 contractors before deciding to go with NardosBouw and I decided to go with them because of 3 reasons: 1) very high reviews on Google, 2)Robert - very helpful from the beginning, with a can-do attitude, trying to find solutions for our needs and not trying to sell us stuff 3) execution time was much faster then the others (5-6 weeks from contract signing or so...), other contractors said they can do the word in 3 months or longer. In terms of price these kind of renovations are very costly in the Netherlands, but it was comparable with the other contractor offers we received. I can totally recommend these guys. Thank you.

Impressive wood-work too, and they could do everything without scaffolding (hence reducing costs and headaches)Improvement point could be to manage better the expectations (to give more realistic and less optimistic information regarding amount of debris/stones caused by the works, schedule, starting date, duration of works). NardosBouw offered wooden windows in beautiful … More design, and changed the small details we asked for, very helpfully with good advice. The windows were delivered and the NardosBouw crew did an excellent job changing the windows. They were very carefull not to damage anything in the fully furnished flat, for example they put plastic sheets on the whole staircase up to 4th floor. They even brought their own coffee mashine. 5 men were working 10 hours a day, so everything was finished two days earlier than estimated. Now we have beautiful windows and doors, everything newly painted, fantastic. Highest recommendation. Thank you very much.

Everything looks beautiful and sturdy, the grids perfectly imitate the original ones, and the sound insulation is much better than before.Robert is an experienced and knowledgeable person in his field, and his team worked extremely hard, up to 11 hours a day, to replace all the windows as quickly as possible. There were no hidden costs, and the workers took care of everything from removing old windows to painting window sills and cleaning up all the mess.
